If this involves an insurance claim, we advise on how and when to file, and what works best in speaking with the insurance claims adjuster. All of these factors make a major difference in your success of getting the carrier to 'honor' his or her side of the policy. If a claim is initiated, we meet with the adjuster or carrier representatives:

  • Show them why they need to pay based on the damage, building or wind codes or condition of the roof.
  • Know how to represent on equal footing, because we are in the business.

Once the claim paperwork comes back:

  • Review to verify that you have been compensated correctly.
  • Contact the carrier if not, and submit the corrections.
  • Utilize the same software they do to make certain your compensation is accurate.

Then we provide you with a list of vetted, insured roofing companies:

  • Specialize in the type of repairs you need.
  • Recommend companies that we have used, who have a proven track record with us.

During the roofing work:

  • Verify you are getting above average products and quality workmanship.
  • Help you file the required paperwork to finalize your claim.
  • Supplement for any additional items that were not apparent before construction began.

Finally, we verify or negotiate the warranties you will be getting, either through the manufacturer or installer.
